Management engineer, MBA. He has developed a particular expertise in debt restructuring operations, M&A, quotations on the stock markets. Consultant for various companies with tasks related to management control, corporate reorganization and the preparation of industrial plans. He was CFO and CEO of manufacturing companies. Among the founders in 2006 of Universoft, a corporate advisory company and the first spin-off of the University of Bergamo, he held a course in corporate finance and project financing at the same University.
